Illinois NORML would like to tell you about the formation of another drug reform group in Illinois that is going to change how medical marijuana is debated in this state. It also means we are going to see Section 11 of the Cannabis Control Act (CCA), the medical marijuana section that was intended to help patients and doctors, either reformed or implemented.
