Through Illinois NORML's Free Membership Offer we have come across stories of those serving lengthy sentences in Illinois for cannabis offenses.  Sometimes these stories come from family members, friends or even inmates themselves.  If you know someone serving a jail or prison sentence in Illinois for cannabis please forward their story or name to us.

Jason Spyres is one such inmate who at the age of 18 was sentenced to 30 years in prison for cannabis trafficking.  This year we are trying to rally support to have Gov.
