Citizens in Rockford, Illinois know the area is facing a growing problem with cocaine abuse and related violence, but they do not understand why the city is building another jail. Producers at one of Rockford's most heard AM talk shows, WNTA, called Illinois NORML to find out what we thought about the situation, and to ask what can be done. Danielle Schumacher, Executive Director of Illinois NORML, participated in the hour-long show devoted to the subject, discussing NORML's positions and taking calls from Rockford residents.
