2-1/4 cup flour
   3/4 cup butter
      1 cup brown sugar
      1 egg
   1/4 cup molasses
      2 tsp. baking soda
   1/4 tsp. salt
      1 tsp. ground cloves
      2 tsp. ground ginger
      3 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 ounce of cleaned and powdery cannabis ("Cleaned," meaning removing stems and seeds. "Powdery," meaning grinding in a coffee grinder.)

 

1.   Melt butter, add cannabis, simmer very low, preferably in a double boiler for 30 minutes.

2.   Let butter become solid again, preferably overnight in the fridge.

3.   Allow butter to reach room temperature. Then MIX butter, sugar, egg and molasses. Blend remaining ingredients together and then add to butter mixture. Mix well and then chill the dough.

4.   Heat oven to 300 degrees F. Roll chilled dough into walnut sized balls. Place balls onto cookie sheet with parchment paper. Flatten balls slightly with a fork.

5.   Bake 11 minutes, or until they turn a stony brown color.


(Baking time will vary from oven to oven. A lower temp results in a chewier cookie.)
